Shell was one of First African Holdings' first signage clients in the days when we were trading as Rimm Engineering and Aerodyne.

After initially supplying panels for pylon signs, we were soon awarded contracts to manufacture their 7m monolith signs and the 14m long range of 'Ultra City' signs which later evolved into 16m high variants – the steel frame alone weighs in at 10 tons.

To date we have manufactured more than 1 000 pylon signs for Shell and have shipped and installed these at locations in South Africa and various countries throughout the continent.

The following components were used in the Shell project: Pylons.
